Educated at Rugby School and Hull University, he is a qualified Chartered Accountant. David is currently the Vice Chairman of the Technology Sector group of the REC, the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, the federation representing nearly 4000 recruitment businesses in the UK

Adrian joined Interactive in 2004 after working for 3 years at the sharp end of recruitment working for Kramer Westfield and Novartus Recruitment in Reading. DipRP qualified, Adrian is one of the industry's most experienced consultants and has spoken at the Nordic Games Conference.
